Micronesian Girl~ Braided Ponytail

Hi friends,

Thank you so much for following our blog!  Today I'm posting pictures of one of my sweet little Micronesian girls' beautiful braided ponytail.  Her hair is so long, especially since it is up in a high ponytail but still past her waist!  Such neat, even braids, too :-)

Hello everyone,

I've been away from home this week, literally on a remote island in the middle of the Pacific.  I'll post a few scenery pictures below, but first here are some cute pictures of my little Micronesian friend.  So pretty!  This hairstyle is based on a look in the excellent braid book A Different Approach to Hairbraiding by Raychel Potter.  As always, thank you for coming to see my pictures!

Micronesian Girl~ Perfect Cornrows

Hello everybody,

Today my friend wore her hair in the most perfect cornrows, and they had lasted since yesterday which is an extra bonus!  I love it when a braid still looks as great the second day :-)
